I really enjoyed my time at Rathmines College where I studied a Medical Reception/ Administration Course. The course offers a wide range of subjects from Computer Skills to Medical Terminology, which are very practical in the workplace. I did my work experience in St. Vincent's Private Hospital, which was arranged by my tutor. Upon completion I was offered a full-time position in the Radiology Department in St. Vincent's Private where I still work. I use my Medical Terminology, Dictaphone and Computer Skills everyday. I found the course to be a very good stepping-stone into full-time employment in the Medical Administration sector. I would recommend it to anyone else wishing to do the same.
