About Erasmus

Students are you interested in doing your QQI Level 5 or QQI Level 6 Work Experience on an all-expenses-paid trip to Europe?

Rathmines College offers 20 students the opportunity to take part in an Erasmus + fully funded travel abroad programme with a two-week work placement organised for each student in Berlin, Germany or Nantes, France.

The college Erasmus + programme, in association with our Nantes partner, Lycee Talensac and Berlin partner, OSZ IMT, sees two groups of 10 students experience European working life, culture and, of course, sightseeing and social life.

Erasmus + takes place during the February mid-term break with flights, accommodation, travel insurance, a pre-organised work placement and enough pocket money for students to allow for sightseeing and having fun all included in this two-week trip.

Erasmus was such a great experience. I really enjoyed working and sightseeing in Berlin. The Erasmus experience is a great opportunity to travel and experience life in other European counties.
