23rd Oct 2025 was quite an unforgettable day, everyone including the teachers were dressed up in incredible Halloween costumes and the Rathmines college had its spook on, decorations, music, snacks and activities and the highlight of the day the magic show (no one can forget when he shoved himself in the big balloon, quite impressive).

Thrift Shop- Training with Oxam

A Big Thank you to Jill and Sarah from Oxfam Rathmines who welcomed our students into their busy shop and store room for training. We benefited from their experience regarding pricing, display and stock sorting and we are all prepped and ready to go for our the launch of our Pop Up Thrift Shop on March 5th. All proceeds going to Oxfam Ireland.

Thrift Shop

From March 4th to the 6th Rathmines College in collaboration with Oxfam will be hosting a thrift shop to raise money for charity. If you would like to donate your unwanted clothes, jewellery, shoes, books etc. They can be left in our donation bin in Rathmines town hall. The shop will be setup in Rathmines college in room 1 and prices will range from €1- €8.
