Digital & General Administration

This course is designed to provide students with the necessary practical and interpersonal skills to work successfully in the administration/reception areas of small to large size business entities.

This course not only equips the learner with the administrative and IT skills needed to work in a modern office but also develops transversal skills which are sought after by employers today. In addition, the Customer Service and Administration Skills modules equip the learner knowledge, skill and competence required to work effectively and efficiently in front office areas dealing with customers across a range of industries.
